Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Henry C.
Rawlings, trustee of J. H, Harrington, late Collector
of Taxes of the Second District of Caroline county,
the sum of one hundred and four dollars and fifty-
one cents', for money paid into the State Treasury of
the State of Maryland, in excess of the amount due
by him to the State of Maryland for taxes for the
years 1886, 1887, 1888 and 1889.
