\ Mr. Ellegood submitted the following message :
' BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 31st, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
The House of Delegates having refused to concur in
amendments proposed by the Senate to the House bill
entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments chapter 224, of the Acts of 1890, relating to the
repeal of sections 61, 09 and 74, of Article 23, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Wicomico county,
We respectfully request your Honorable Body to
recede from the said amendments and herewith return
said bill.

Chief Clerk.
Which was read, assented to, and sent to the Senate.
Mr. Schlaffer submitted the following message :
BY HIE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 31st, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate ;
We respectfully request your Honorable Body to
return to the House of Delegates House Bill No. 516,
entitled an Act to incorporate East Baltimore city, in
Baltimore county ; also House Bill No. 515. enritled
an Act to prevent the sale of fermented or spirituous
liquors or lager beer at Parkton, in Baltimore county.

BILLS—THIRD READING.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 171,
172, 173, 176 and 178, of Article 2, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-
title "Justices of the Peace," and to re-enact said
sections with amendments, and to add new sections to
said Article, to be designated as "Sections 171 A, 171
B, 176 A, 176 B, 178 A, 178 B and 178 C."
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
