Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Rivers," and
re-enact the same with amendments,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enaet
with amendments sections 6, 18 and 25, of Article 77,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Public
Education."
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
