House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 38, of Article 8, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil
County," sab-title "Birds and Game."
Endorsed; "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, with proposed amendment."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In line 9, of section 1, strike out the word "turn-
pike," and insert in lieu thereof the word "fifteenth,"
Which was concurred in.

troller to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay
to the Westminster Water Company thirty-seven dol-
lars and fifty-two cents, being State taxes erroneously
paid the Treasurer of Carroll county and by Mm paid
into the Treasury of the State of Maryland.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, with proposed amendments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Strikeout "thirty-seven dollars and fifty-two cents,"
in line 3 of titling, and add "twenty-four dollars and
seventy-five cents."
