with amendments sections, of chapter 538, of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Elections,"
as enacted by the Act of 1890.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, with propo-ed amendment:"
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 3, strike out all after the word "State,"
Which was concurred in.
Said bill, as amended, was then passed by yeas and
