REPORT:
ANNAPOLIS, MD., March 30th, 1892.
The Joint Committee of Conference on the disagree-
ing votes of the two Houses on House bill (No 144,
printed number), known as the "Oyster Cull Bill,"
respectfully recommend that the House recede from
its non-concurrence in all of the Senate amendments
fixing the time for the beginning of the oyster tonging
season on the 20th of September in each year, and that
the original bill be so amended that the tonging season
shall begin on the 15th day of September in each
year, instead of the 1st of September, as provided by
the bill.

Senate amendments, as recommended by the Confer-
ence Committee, and adopted the amendment as pro-
posed by the Committee.
