Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power the County Commissioners of Talbot county to
issue bonds to the amount of $25,000, to pay county's
subscription to the capital stock of the Baltimore and
Eastern Shore Railroad Company.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :
AFFIRMATIVE.—Messrs. Speaker, Garner, Strong,
Wilson, Brashears, Donaldson, Hutchins, Sapping-
ton, of Anne Arundel, Ireland, Lane, Maddox,
