Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with additional sections and amendments sections 39,
40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47, of Article 48, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Health," sub-title
"Practitioners of Medicine," and to add additional
sec ions thereto.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows :
