viding for the appointment of new Commissioners, and
defining their powers and duties.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to carry into effect sec-
tion 1, of Article 7, of the Constitution of this State,
so far as the Name relates to Howard county, and to
repeal section 30, of Article 14, of the Code of Pub
lic Local Laws, title "Howard County," sub-title
"County Commissioners and County Collectors," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
Also,
House bill entitled au Act to repeal section 1, of
chapter 176, of the Acts of 1880, as said section is
codified in Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Mildford,"
and in Article 17 of the Cocle of Public Local Laws,
title "Prince George's County," sub-title "Mildford,"
said section being codified in Article 2 as section 244,
and add Article 17 as section 329, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to add a new section to
said Article, to be designated as to Article 2 as sec-
tion 244 A, and as to Article 17 to be designated as
section 329 A.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to amend section 258, of
Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, relating to the lien of livery stable keepers in
Frederick city, and also to add an additional section
thereto.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 83, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Cambridge," as
amended by the Act of 1890, chapter 311, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore," to come in after section 31,
and to be called section 31 A, relating to tire hours of
labor of mechanics and laborers employed upon city
work.
