with amendments section 39, of Article 1, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County," sub-
title "Treasurer," and to add three new sections to
said Article.

Allegany County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to transfer to the Easton
and Northern Railroad Company, a body corporate
duly incorporated under the laws of Maryland, the
sum of money appropriated by chapter 303, of the
Arts of 1860, to the Elkton and Sassairas Railroad
Company, also by chapter 383, Acts of 1870.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Cecil County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to give the Legislative
assent of the State of Maryland to the provisions of
an Act of Congress approved August 30th, 1890, and
entitled an Act to apply a portion of the proceeds of
the public lands to the more complete endowment and
support of the colleges for the benefit of agriculture
and the mechanic arts, established under an Act of
Congress, 1862.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Agriculture.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal certain sections
of the Code of Public Local Liws, Article 20, title
"Somerset County," and to re-enact the same.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, with proposed amendments."
AMENDMENTS PEOPOSED.
In line 2, of title, between the words "county and"
insert the words sub-title "Crisfield."
