HOUSE OF DELEGATES.
The following Acts of the General Assembly, origi-
nating in the House of Delegates, were presented to
the Governor for his approval on Saturday, March
25th, 1892, at 11 o'clock, M.
Chapter 215. An Act to equalize and make valid the
appointment of Registers of Voters and the Board of
Supervisors of Elections in the city of Hagerstown,
and the entries made, acts done and proceedings taken
by said Registers of Voters in attempted pursuance
of the duties required of them respectively, by the
provisions of chapter 36, of the Acts of the General
Assembly passed at its present January Session.
Chapter 216. An Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Washington county to issue bonds for
building a school house in Hagerstown, in Election
District No. 21, in said county, and to levy a tax for
the payment of the same.
Chapter 217. An Act to carry into effect section 1,
of Article 7, of the Constitution of this State, so far
as the same relates to Baltimore county, and to repeal
section 31, of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-title "County
Commissieners," and to re enact the same with amend-
ments.
Chapter 218. An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments new section 145, of Article 33, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Elections," as
enacted by the Act of 1890, chapter 638.
Chapter 219. An Act to repeal section 810, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Streets, Bridges and
Highways," and to re enact the same with amend-
ments.
Chapter 220. An Act authorizing and directing H
Fillmore Lankford, Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Somerset county, to refund to George M. France the
sum of $48 for illegal fines paid by him for alleged
violations of the local oyster law of Somerset county.
Chapter 221. An Act to enable the qualified voters
of Election District No. 13, in Frederick county, to
determine by ballot whether spirituous or fermented
liquors shall be sold in said district.
