House bill entitled an Act to enable Edgar W. Mc-
Master, collector of State and county taxes for Wor-
cester county, for the years 1886 and 1887, to enforce
the payment of the taxes not hereinbefore collected
by him.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :
