On motion of Mr. Carter,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to add a new section
to Article 33, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Elections," to be known as "Section 131 A."
Mr. Carter moved to suspend the rules in order to
introduce a leave.
