NEGATIVE.—Mr. Moore—1.
Mr. Hamilton moved, (seconded by Messrs. Bryan
and Meredith), that the vote by which said bill was
passed be reconsidered.
Which motion prevailed.
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Traction Com-
pany of Baltimore city, and to enable said company
to use the electric power known as the "Trolly Sys-
tem," for the propulsion of its cars upon its railway.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 607, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables," and to re-enact chapter 125,
of the Laws of 1890, and to re-enact with amendment
section 607, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore," sub-
title "Justices of the Peace and Constables."
