assessed in the election district only for which he
shall be appointed. Washington county shall be
divided into eight assessment districts, the first
shall be composed of the fourth, fifth and fifteenth
election districts of said county; the second shall be
composed of the second, thirteenth and twenty third
election districts of said county. The third shall be
composed of the third and twenty-first districts of
said county. The fourth shall be composed of the
seventeenth and twenty second election districts of
said county. The fifth shall be composed of the
seventh, ninth, fourteenth and eighteen election dis-
tricts of said county. The sixth shall be composed
of the sixth, tenth and sixteenth election districts of
said county. The seventh shall be composed of the
first, eighth and eleventh election districts of said
county. The eighth shall be composed of the twelfth,
nineteenth and twentieth election districts of said
county. Wicomico county shall Constitute one assess-
ment district, for which there shall be appointed two
assessors at large, and also one assessor for each elec-
tion district in said county, each of which said dis-
trict assessors, but only for the districts for which he
shall be appointed, shall join and act with the said
two assessors for said county, in assessing all the
property herein required to be assessed, in the elec-
tion districts only, for which he shall be appointed.
Worcester county shall constitute one assessment dis-
trict, for which there shall be appointed two assessors
at large, and also one assessor for each election dis-
trict in said county, each of which, said district
assessors, but only for the district in which he shall
be appointed, shall join and act with the said two
assessors at large, for said county, in assessing all the
property herein required to be assessed in the election
districts only, for which he shall be so appointed.
165. And be it enacted, That if any election district
or districts, or any part or parts of the territory of
any county is not or are not included in any assess-
ment district provided by this Act, the same shall be
included in such assessment district or respective
assessment districts as the Governor of this State shall
direct.
