Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 66, of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title "Mortgages," to be numbered sec-
tion 25, providing that the title to all prommissory
notes, other instruments hereafter made or debts here-
after contracted, secured by mortgage, or deeds in the
nature of a mortgage, shall from and after the maturity
of such prommissory notes, other instruments or debts
be exclusively presumed to be vested in the person or
persons, or body corporate, holding the record title
to such mortgage or deed in the nature of mortgage,
and providing that if such mortgage or deed in the
nature of a mortgage be duly released of record, such
overdue prommissory note, other instrument or debt
shall be conclusively presumed to be paid.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 124, of
Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Wicomico County," sub-title ''Roads,"
and to re enact the same with amendments.

Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Revenue and Taxes," sub-title "Collateral Inheri-
tance," and to re enact the same with amendments.

Committee on Ways and Means,

Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing and requir-
ing the County Commissioners of Allegany county to
levy a certain sum of money to John N. Willison for
services rendered as Attorney to the Board of Super-
visors of Election of Allegany county.

Allegany County Delegation.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
