Senate bill entitled an Act to add to six additional
sections to Article 6, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Caroline County," sub-title "County
Treasurer," to follow section 68, to be called 68 A, 68
B. 68 C, 68 D, 68 E und 68 F.
Mr. Deen submitted the following proposed amend-
ment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out section 2, and add the following in lieu
thereof:
"Section 2. And be it enacted that this Act shall
take effect on the 1st Tuesday after the 1st Monday
in November, 1893."
Which was rejected.
Said bill was then read a third time, and passed
by yeas and nays, as follows :
