House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Corporations," sub-title "Insurance Depart-
ment, to be known as "Section 143."
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays
as follows :

Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," under a new sub-title to be called
sub title "Oysters," and to be known as "Section 704
A," relating to the licensing oy measurers of oysters
in the city of Baltimore and their compensation.

as follows :
