CHAPTER 679.


AN ACT to repeal sectiou two hundred and one of chapter


forty-nine of an act passed at January session, 1892,


entitled "An act to repeal sections 182 to 217 inclusive,


of article 3 of Public Local Laws, title ' Baltimore County,'


sub-title 'Roads,'" and to re-enact the same with amend-


ments as follows :


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

SEC. 201. And be it enacted, That section eighty -three to


ninety-two inclusive, of article twenty-five of Code of Public ,

and closing public roads be and the same are hereby declared


to be in force iu Baltimore County with the additions and


amendments following:


201 A. And be it enacted, Whenever any road shall


be located and surveyed as a public road, the board of


examiners shall make an estimate of the cost of said

trict, respectively, in such proportions as they may deem


just and proper, and shall furnish to the county commis-


sioners a report of such assessment ; and if any person or


body corporate, or district, shall feel aggrieved by the award,


report, return or proceedings of said board of examiners,


he or it, within thirty days after said report is filed in the


office of the county commissioners, shall file his or its objec-


tions, in writing ; and the county commissioners, after five


days' notice to each side interested, or as soon thereafter as


practicable, shall proceed to consider the award, return,


report, plat and proceedings of said examiners, and all the


proceedings in said case; and they may ratify and confirm,


reject, reverse, alter, amen dr correct, award, return, report


plat and proceedings, iu said case or may, in their discre-


tion send back to said examiners the award, return, report,


plat and proceedings, for alteration, correction or amend-


ment; and any person interested in said proceedings may


appeal from the final 6rder of ratification or rejection of the


county commissioners of said county to the Circuit Court ;


provided, said appeal is taken within thirty days from the


passage of said final order of ratification or rejection ; and


provided further, that the cost of the record in case of
