Calvin Williams administrator, pendente lite of Mary A.


Connie, deceased late of Baltimore City erroneously paid


by him into the State treasury as a tax on commissions


in persnance of article eighty-one, section ninety-seven


of the Code of Public General Laws.


WHEREAS, E. Calvin Williams was appointed adminis-


trator pendente lite of the estate of Mary A. Connie by the


Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and as such administrator

he has paid through the Register of Wills of Baltimore


City into the State treasury the sum of three hundred and


sixty-four dollars and forty-eight cents, being the State


tax on commissions allowed to him by said court, and


whereas an appeal in the case of A. H. Renshaw et. als., vs


E. Calvin Williams executor the order of said Orphans'


Court of Baltimore City allowing commissions to said


administrator pendente lite was revoked ; wherefore the tax
