the same is hereby repealed, and re enacted, so as to read
|
ment
|
|
|
as follows :
|
|
|
|
136. Every person who shall, upon auy pretense whatever,
|
|
|
|
come to hunt with gun or dog upon the lands of another,
|

without leave or license from the owner or possessor thereof
|
unlaw-
|
|
|
first had and obtained, shall, for every such, offense, forfeit
|
fully.
|
|
|
and pay to the party aggrieved the sum of five dollars, to
|
|
|
|
be recovered before a justice of the peace in the name of the
|
|
|
|
State; and in default of payment of fine, shall be committed
|
|
|
|
to the county jail, for not more than twenty days, nor less
|
Penalty.
|
|
|
than one day; this section not to apply to Dorchester,
|
|

|
Harford and Talbot counties.

AN ACT appropriating a sum of money to be paid to E.
|
|
|
|
Calvin Williams administrator, pendente lite of Mary A.
|
|
|
|
Connie, deceased late of Baltimore City erroneously paid
|
|
|
|
by him into the State treasury as a tax on commissions
|
|
|
|
in persnance of article eighty-one, section ninety-seven
|
|
|
|
of the Code of Public General Laws.
|
|
|
|
WHEREAS, E. Calvin Williams was appointed adminis-
|
|
|
|
trator pendente lite of the estate of Mary A. Connie by the
|
|
|
|
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and as such administrator
|

|
|
he has paid through the Register of Wills of Baltimore
|
|
|
|
City into the State treasury the sum of three hundred and
|
|
|
|
sixty-four dollars and forty-eight cents, being the State
|
|
|
|
tax on commissions allowed to him by said court, and
|
|
|
|
whereas an appeal in the case of A. H. Renshaw et. als., vs
|
|
|
|
E. Calvin Williams executor the order of said Orphans'
|
|
|
|
Court of Baltimore City allowing commissions to said
|
|
|
|
administrator pendente lite was revoked ; wherefore the tax
|
|
|
|
thereon paid was erroneously paid and should be refunded ;
|
|
|
|
therefore,
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
|
|
|
land, That the treasurer of the State be and he is hereby
|
