CHAPTER 634.


AN ACT to add an additional section to article four of the


Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore"


sub-title " Courts " to be known as section 173 A.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore" sub -title


"Courts," so as to read as follows :


173 A. The supreme bench of Baltimore City shall annually


designate two members of the said bench to sit in their

sittings of the registers of voters, and also on the four


Saturdays immediately preceding the September session of


the registers of voters in the city of Baltimore, for the pur-


pose of hearing and determining applications for naturaliza-


tion, and such application shall have precedence over all


other business.


SEC. 2. And' be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 635.


AN ACT to authorize the mayor and common council of the


city of Westminster to issue its bonds or certificates of


indebtedness to an amount not exceeding fifteen thousand


dollars, for the purpose of providing means for the grading,


paving or macadamizing the streets in the city of West-


minster and construction of sewers.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
