violations of the provisions of this act. That nothing in


this act shall be construed to prohibit any land-owner or


occupant thereof from permitting any non -resident without


license killing any of said game upon the premises during


the period allowed by this act to residents of said county.


SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That it shall be the

CHAPTER 589.


AN ACT to authorize and require the County Commis-


sioners of Baltimore County to levy a sum, to be applied


to the building of a school house, on the Philadelphia


Road, in or near the neighborhood of the village known


as Orangeville, in Baltimore County.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore

School

County, are hereby authorized and required to levy on the

house.

assessable property of said county, for the sum of thirty -


five hundred dollars, for the purpose of building a school


house, as hereinafter mentioned, and said sum or so much


thereof as may be necessary, shall then be applied by and


for that purpose, paid to the school commissioners of said


county, for the erection of a public school house, and pur-


chase of a lot therefor, as reasonably on, the Philadelphia


Road in or near the village of Orangeville, in said county,


as can be obtained, and suitable for such purpose, the said


lot and building to cost not exceeding the sum of thirty-five


hundred dollars.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
