Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General


Assembly of Maryland be, and the same are hereby given and


declared to the bequest of two thousand dollars to the con-

AN ACT to repeal sections two hundred and one, two hun-
dred and two, two hundred and three, two hundred and
four and two hundred and five of article twenty-two of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Washington County,"
sub-title "Hagerstown," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section two hundred and one, two hundred
and two, two hundred and three, two hundred and four and
two hundred and five be and the same are hereby repealed

and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
