the Code of Public General Laws, title "Licenses." sub-
title ''Penalties," to be designated as sections eighty-
nine B, and eighty-nine C, relating to obtaining liquors
by minors and giving liquors to minors.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
