any part of said petition the petitioner or petitioners shall


upon indictment and conviction thereof be deemed guilty of


perjury and such license shall be revoked, and he, she


or they be subject to the penalties provided by law for


that crime.


C. There shall be annexed to said petition a certificate


signed by at least twelve reputable citizens residing or doing
