the sale and grant by the trustees of Sharp Street Station


of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the city of Baltimore,


a body corporate, formerly called the trustees of the African


Methodist Episcopal Church in the city of Baltimore, a body


corporate, to the trustees of the Asbury Methodist Episco-


pal Church of Baltimore, a body corporate, of certain pro-


perty on the east side of Patterson Park avenue, in the city


of Baltimore, and of certain property on the west side of


Patterson Park avenue in the city of Baltimore, and fully


described in a deed from said first mentioned body corporate


to said last mentioned body corporate, dated the 2nd day


of August, A. D., 1884, and recorded among the land


records of Baltimore City, in Liber J. B., No. 1017,


folio 337, etc.


Twenty -seventh. To the contract and agreement of sale

situated on the northeast corner of Hanover street and

the 16th day of September, 1891, by the Vestry of Saint

Baltimore City.


Twenty -eighth. To the gift of Thomas J. Dixon and Sarah

Easton, a body corporate, under the laws of the State of


Maryland, for the use of Saint John's Memorial Church, of


all that lot or parcel of land lying at the intersection of


Main and Cross streets, adjacent to the Saint John's


Memorial Protestant Episcopal Church lot, in the town of


Crisfield, Somerset County, being the same lot of ground


which is referred to and described in a deed from said


Dixon and wife to the corporation aforesaid, dated the 12th


day of March, 1892, and duly recorded amongst the land


records of said Somerset County.
