for expenses incurred by the attendance, etc., at the Circuit

Court for Charles County, etc., which will become due and

|
|
|
demandable in April eighteen hundred and ninety-two.
|

|
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted. That the county com-
|
|
|
|
missioners shall in each and every year levy upon the
|

assessable property in Charles County such a sum of money
|
pay
interest.
|
|
|
as may be necessary to pay the interest on the outstanding
|
|
|
|
bonds as therein issued in pursuance of this act, as shall
|
|
|
|
fall due aud also such further aud additional sums as may
|
|
|
|
be required to gradually retire and reduce such bonds until
|
|
|
|
they shall have been reduced and said taxes authorized by
|
|
|
|
this act shall be collected as other taxes are collected in
|
|
|
|
said county.

|
|
|
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
|

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General

|
|

Assembly of Maryland, to sundry gifts, bequests and
|
|
|
|
devises contained in the last wills and testaments of cer-
|
|
|
|
tain persons, late of the State of Maryland, deceased,
|
|
|
|
and also to certain gifts, grants, sales, leases and deeds
|
|
|
|
made by various persons in this State to and for the use
|
|
|
|
and benefit of sundry ministerial persons, religious cor-
|
|
|
|
porations, denominations or sects and to certain charitable
|
|
|
|
institutions hereafter nan ed.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the Generals
|

quests.

given and granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises,
|
|
|
|
grants, sales, leases and deeds to and for the use of certain
|
|
|
|
ministerial persons, religious corporations, denominations
|
|
|
|
or sects and to certain charitable institutions as herein
|
|
|
|
set forth.
|
|
|
|
First. To the several gifts, devises and bequests of James
|
|
|
|
Walsh, late of Harford County, deceased, by his last will
|
Jas. Walsh.
|
|
|
and testament, admitted to probate and now of record in
|
|
|
|
the office of the Register of Wills of said county, to the
|
|
|
|
Right Reverend C. P. Maes, Bishop of the Diocese of Cov-
|
|
|
|
ington, Kentucky, or his successor, in trust ; to the Saint
|
|
|
|
Peter's Benevolent Society in Cincinnati, in trust ; to Saint
|
|
