adapted to the purpose and conveniently situated for use.

SEC. 41. And be it enacted. That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

	CHAPTER 426.
	AN ACT to add certain sections to article eleven, of the
	Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland,
	entitled "Frederick County," sub-title "County Com-
	missioners," to follow section ninety-five of said article,
	and to be known as sections ninety-five A, ninety-five B,
	ninety-five C, ninety-five D, ninety-five E, ninety-five F,
	and ninety-five G.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
	Maryland, That the following sections be added to article	New sections
	eleven, of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of
	Maryland, entitled "Frederick County," sub-title "County
	Commissioners," to follow section ninety-five of said article,
	and to be known as sections ninety -five A, ninety -five B,
	ninety-five C, ninety-five D, ninety-five E, ninety-five F,
	and ninety -five G.
	95 A. In all cases in which petitions are filed for the
	opening, altering or closing of public roads in Frederick	County Commis-
	County, under the provisions of article twenty -five, of the	sioners to
