220. The collectors of taxes of the several collection dis-


tricts of Montgomery County shall pay over to the clerk of

Public

the county commissioners all money levied by the county

school,

scribed for its payment to the treasurer of the board of


county school commissioners by the Public General Laws of


this State in such case made and provided, and the clerk to


the county commissioners shall account for the same to the


treasurer of the. board of county school commissioners.


SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect


from the date of its passage ; and that provisions of sections


61, 64, 124, 125, 126, 218, 219 and 220 of said article

Effect

sixteen of the Code of Public General Laws, as herein


repealed and re-enacted, are hereby declared to be applica-


ble to the levy of taxes to be made by the county commis-


sioners of Montgomery County in the year eighteen hun-


dred and ninety -two, and the present clerk to the county


commissioners is required to discharge all the duties herein


required of him.

CHAPTER 419.


AN ACT to prevent deception and fraud by owners or


agents who may have control of any stallion kept for


service, by proclaiming or publishing fraudulent or false


pedigrees or records, and to protect such owners or


agents iu the collection of fees for services of such


stallions ; and to prevent the entering of trotting horses


out of their classes.


SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That every owner or agent who may have the


custody or control of any stallion, who shall charge a fee

record, if known, and if not known then that the same is
