CHAPTER 402.

AN ACT to authorize the employment of an assistant

engineer on the steamers of the State Fishery Force.

WHEREAS, by an error in the engrossment of the general

Assembly the position of assistant engineer was inadver-

tently left out, therefore to correct said error :

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

one assistant engineer at a salary of five hundred dollars

per annum.
