CHAPTER 336.


AN ACT to change a portion of the dividing line between


the third and twelfth election districts of Garrett County.


SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the present dividing line between the third

and twelfth election districts of Garrett County be changed

so as run as follows : Beginning at the residence of James


Madison Durst, then running in a straight line to the top


of Meadow Mountain, then with said mountain to James


Ross' residence, then by distiict line to Charles O. War-


nick's residence, thence by way of Jacob Hoovers to county


road near Benedict Beachey's farm.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That after the passage of this


act all voters within this line who heretofore voted at Bit-

been duly registered upon the registration books of election


district No. three be entitled to vote at all elections here-


after to be held at the town of Grantsville, in election district


number three.
