SEC. 159 Q. For the purposes of any new or special

of the respective officers of registration, subject to such

order of the proper judge or judges, as hereinbefore pro-

vided, shall be the registries of voters in the several wards
|

for the purpose of said new or special election.

SEC. 159 R. No officer of registration appointed under
|
|
|
|
the 'provisions of this article shall register any name in any
|
|
|
|
registry of voters of which he may have the custody as

|
