CHAPTER 330.

AN ACT to repeal article one of section four of chapter

one hundred and sixty-nine of the acts of the General

Assembly of Maryland passed at the January session

eighteen hundred and seventy-eight entitled an act to

continue the corporate existence of the president, direc-

tors and company of the Hagerstown Bank and to re-en-

acted the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That article one of section four of chapter one
