voters of such ward, or by misspelling his name in such


registries of voters or either of them, or by the registration


of any person in any such ward who was not entitled to be


registered therein, or by refusing to strike from the duplicate


registries of voters the name of any person who has ceased

or action to the judges or judge of the Circuit Court for


Washington County by petition verified by his oath or affir-


mation, within one week after the day of the sitting for

certified copies of all the entries in the proper registry of


voters of such ward which relate to the subject matter of
