poration, from the date of the levy thereof. Judgments


recovered for such taxes when recorded in the office of the


clerk of the Circuit Court of said county, may be enforced


against real estate as in the case of other judgments before


justices of the peace, and they may be enforced against per-


sonality as in the case of like judgment under execution
