by the election of a suitable and qualified man by a majority


vote of the remaining trustees duly called together for that


purpose. Such Board of Trustees shall duly hold and man-


age all the real and leasehold property and permanent in-


vestments of said association, and suffer and permit the same


and the income therefrom to be used, occupied and applied


by the said association for its own use and the use of its


branches, under the direction of the Board of Directors, so


long as the same be used and the income applied and ex-


pended for the legitimate objects of said association or its


branches, and all such property, so managed by the said

this section shall not be sold, encumbered or otherwise dis-


posed of without the concurrent consent of both the Board


of Directors and the Board of Trustees.
