eral Laws, title " Licenses," under the respective sub-titles

"Ordinary Keeper," "Oyster and Eating Houses," and

"Penalties," so far as the same apply to the city of Cum-

berland and to regulate the sale of spirituous and fermented

liquors in said city of Cumberland and to add further new

sections to article one of the Code of Public Local Laws,

title "Allegany County," under the sub-title " Intoxicating

Liquors," said sections to follow immediately after section

175 and to be designated as section 175 A, 175 B, 175 C, 175

D, 375 E, 175 F, 175 G, 175 H, 175 I, 175 J, 175 K, 175 L

the commissioners appointed to erect upon the battlefield of

Gettysburg, monuments to mark the positions occupied by

the Maryland commands that participated in said battle,
