General Laws of this State, title "Corporations," as the same was

adopted by the act of eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, chapter

seventy-four, by adding thereto an additional section to follow

section nineteen, class six of said article, and to be designated as

"Section nineteen A, class six A," of said article, providing for the

formation of corporations for carrying on the business of printing,

publishing or selling books, pamphlets dr newspapers, or of carry-

ing on the general business of a job printing office......................
