AN ACT to authorize Ann E. Douglass, guardian of Stephen E.


Douglass, a minor, to pass her final account with the orphans'


court for Caroline county.


WHEREAS, Stephen E. Douglass, a minor, is entitled to certain


funds in the hands of Ann E. Douglass, his guardian, who holds

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That Ann E. Douglass, guardian of Stephen E. Douglass, be and
