and Game," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as

to read as follows:

|
SEC. 40. It shall not be lawful for any person to catch, kill or
|
|
|
|
destroy any pheasant, partridge or rabbit between the first day of
January and the first day of November in each and every year.
|

under penalty of five dollars for each and every pheasant, par-

|
|
tridge or rabbit so killed, caught, taken or destroyed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from

|
|
AN ACT to authorize Ann E. Douglass, guardian of Stephen E.
|
|
|
|
Douglass, a minor, to pass her final account with the orphans'
|
|
|
|
court for Caroline county.
|
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Stephen E. Douglass, a minor, is entitled to certain
|
|
|
|
funds in the hands of Ann E. Douglass, his guardian, who holds
|

|
the same according to law as guardian of said Stephen E. Douglass.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
That Ann E. Douglass, guardian of Stephen E. Douglass, be and
|
|
|
|
is hereby authorized to pass her final account as guardian as
|
|
|
|
aforesaid before the orphans' court of Caroline county, and to
|

|
|
|
pay and deliver over to the said Stephen E. Douglass all his prop-
|
|
|
|
erty, real and personal, and moneys that may be due him or tc
|
|
|
|
which he is entitled on the said final account and to take his re-
|
|
|
|
ceipt therefor, which shall be acknowledged and recorded in the
|
|
|
|
office of the register of wills for said county, and have the same
|
|
|
|
effect as if the same was executed by a person of full age.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That from and after the passage of
|
|
|
|
this act, the said Stephen E. Douglass shall be answerable for all
|

debts contracted and liabilities made and entered into by him
|
|
|
|
and may sue and be sued as fully as if he was of full age.
|
|
|
|
