	CHAPTER 91.
	AN ACT to amend article fifty-six, of the Code of Public General
	Laws, title " Licenses,"sub-title " Traders," by adding sections
	to be called section fifty-four A and section fifty-four B.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
	That article fifty-four of the Code of Public General Laws be	Amend.
	and the same is hereby amended by adding the following sections
	to follow section fifty-four, and to be called section fifty-four A
	and fifty-four B.
	SEC. 54 A. When any person or corporation intends to sell
	cigarettes made of tobacco in combination with any other sub-	Traders'
	stance or material, or covered, wrapped with, or contained in any	license
	other material than tobacco, he, she or it, shall apply to the clerk
	of the court who is empowered to issue traders license.
	SEC. 54 B. Upon such application, the applicant shall state on
	oath, to be administered by the said clerk, that the cigarettes in-
	tended to be sold under said license contain no injurious drug or	Oath.

	county to grant a pension not exceeding fifty dollars to Joseph F.
