CHAPTER 553.


AN ACT to authorize and empower the board of public works to


build and equip a suitable sailing vessel to take the place of


the sloop Carrie Franklin, to guard the waters of the fourth


oyster district, being the waters of Wicomico county, of the


State of Maryland.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the board of public works be and the same are hereby
