132. All certificates of nomination and nomination papers for


electors for president and vice-president of the United States,


representatives in the congress of the United States, and for any


other officers to be voted for by the voters of more than one


county, shall be filed with the secretary of State; all such cer-


tificates and nomination papers for the nomination of candidates
