testament of Elizabeth Carey, late of Caroline county, deceased, '

four, folio fifty-six, of lot of ground on east side of St. Paul


street, commencing one hundred and one feet north of Denmead

said vestry of the church of St. Michael and All Angel's, dated

nine, &c., of lot of ground on the east side of St. Paul street, then


in Baltimore county, but now in Baltimore city, commencing one


hundred and forty feet south from Market street and running
