CHAPTEE 510.


AN ACT to repeal section ten, of chapter thirty-two, passed at


the January session of the General Assembly of Maryland,


for the year eighteen hundred and sixty-five, entitled an act to


incorporate the Baltimore and Hampden passenger railway.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

To repeal.

That section ten, of chapter thirty-two, passed at the January
session of the general assembly for the year eighteen hundred and


sixty-five, entitled an act to incorporate the Baltimore and Hamp-


den passenger railway company, be and the same is hereby re-


pealed.

Effective.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from


the date of its passage.


Approved April 8, 1890.


CHAPTER 511.


AN ACT to amend article seventy-seven, of the Code of Public


General Laws, title "Public education," sub-chapter eleven,


sub-title " County examiner," by adding the following section


relating to the bond of the secretary and treasurer of the board


of county school commissioners, and making other provision


for the security upon said bond.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

To add

That the following section be added to article seventy-seven, of


the Code of Public General Laws, entitled " Public education,"


Bub-title " County examiner," to come in after section sixty-seven.


67 A. In lieu of the security provided for in the last preceding

Security.

section, the said bond may have the security of any deposit or


trust company, or other similar company duly incorporated under


the laws of this State, and having by law the power to act as such


security.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from


the date of its passage.
