CHAPTER 501.


AN ACT to amend an act of the General Assembly of Maryland,


passed at the session of eighteen hundred and eighty-four, chap-


ter five hundred and seventeen, and entitled. "An act to incor-


porate the mercantile trust and deposit company of Baltimore."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the stockholders of the mercantile trust and deposit com-


pany of Baltimore, a corporation which was incorporated by an
act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the session of
