For the salaries of the two commissioners of fisheries, fifteen

expenses of the commissioners of fisheries as per section eighty-

sand dollars; to the house of reformation and instruction for

colored children, ten thousand dollars; to the managers of the

stitutions.

Maryland hospital for the insane, for the support of the institu-


tion, twenty thousand dollars, and the sum of thirty-five hundred


dollars for water, repairs and furnishing new buildings; to the


deaf and dumb asylum at Frederick, for the education of the deaf


and dumb, twenty-five thousand dollars; to the Maryland school
