SEC. 412. No license to sell spirituous and fermented liquors


in Cecil county shall be granted to any hotel keeper who shall


have complied with the provisions of this act, until such appli-


cant shall pay to the clerk aforesaid the sum of two hundred and


fifty dollars, if said applicant shall desire a license to sell spiritu-


ous or fermented liquors in any incorporated town in said county,

sell spirituous or fermented liquors in said county not within the
