CHAPTER 361.


AN ACT to pay to the estate of Mrs. Mary E. A. K. Hammond


and to Miss Anna W. Hammond, of Frederick county, State taxes


paid in error.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the treasurer of the State be and he is hereby authorized to


pay out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated

officers of the treasury department.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from

AN ACT to amend section three, of article twelve, of the consti-


tion of this State.


SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
