award, made by referees under rule of court, upon which judg-


ment or decree execution shall issue without stay, no matter affect-


ing the title of real estate however, shall be submitted to or arbi-


trated by the said committee under this or the preceding section ;


but the committee may direct in its awards the payment of the


costs and expenses of the arbitration, and the amount thereof

AN ACT to authorize and empower the mayor of Frederick city


to commit tramps to the Maryland house of correction.

Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled " Crimes and Punish-


ments," sub-title " Vagrants and Tramps."
