LAWS OF MARYLAND.


"Sunday," or upon any day upon which elections are now or may

knowingly sell or give any spirituous or fermented liquors to any

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That no person having a license to


sell spirituous or fermented liquors in quantities less than a quart

tion that will interfere with a view of the business conducted on


the premises.


SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That every person receiving a


license under this act to sell spirituous or fermented liquors shall
